Create a 'Return Request' under “My Orders” section of App/Website/M-site. Follow the screens that come up after tapping on the 'Return’ button. Please make a note of the Return ID that we generate at the end of the process. Keep the item ready for pick up or ship it to us basis on the return mode

You have 7 days to collect your parcel from the date it arrives to the Vomanique store, just remember to bring your ID and your Pick-up code as we are not able to hand over your parcel without it.  
Pick-up in store is available in selected stores in the UK.
If your area is applicable for the Click & Collect service, you can search for the closest location in the checkout by typing in your postal code. Please note that Pick-up in store is not available for parcels larger than 700x500x600mm.
Next day delivery (£5.99):
We also offer a next day delivery for orders placed before 10 pm. Your parcel will be delivered the next day before 8 pm. We will deliver to residential addresses 7 days a week, except Bank Holidays and to Parcel Shop on working days (no delivery on Sundays and Bank Holidays).
Orders placed after 10 pm will be delivered within 2 days.
Same day delivery London (£8.99):
We also offer same day delivery for orders placed before 11 am with a London address. We will deliver to residential addresses, Monday to Sunday between 6 pm -10 pm, except Bank Holidays. Orders placed after 11 am will be delivered within 2 days. Please note that same day delivery London is not available for parcels larger than 700x500x600mm.

You can buy online and and Vomanique team will send your order quickly.
It's free for all club members and free if you have ordered for more than £20. If your order is below £20 the delivery fee is £3.99.
In the checkout, you simply select the Pick-up in store option. You will receive confirmation by text message and email. Your parcel will then arrive to the selected store within 2-3 days, Monday-Saturday.
You have 7 days to collect your parcel from the date it arrives to the Vomanique store, Just remember to bring your ID and your Pick-up code as we are not able to hand over your parcel without it.
