Same Day Delivery

Same day delivery London (£8.99):
Vomanique offers same day delivery for orders placed before 11 am with a London address. We will deliver to residential addresses, Monday to Sunday between 6 pm -10 pm, except Bank Holidays. Orders placed after 11 am will be delivered within 2 days.

Next Day Delivery

Next day delivery (£5.99):
Vomanique also offers a next day delivery for orders placed before 10 pm.
Your parcel will be delivered the next day before 8 pm. We will deliver to residential addresses 7 days a week, except Bank Holidays and to Parcel Shop on working days (no delivery on Sundays and Bank Holidays). Orders placed after 10 pm will be delivered within 2 days.

Where does Vomanique deliver?

Items ordered in the UK can only be delivered to persons 18 years or older, with an address in the UK.

What delivery options can I choose?

We offer you the following delivery options:
Delivery to your home address: select Home delivery as delivery location in checkout and make sure that your home address is ticked as delivery address.
Delivery to an alternative address: select Home delivery as delivery location in checkout, untick your home address as delivery address and select or enter an alternative address.
Delivery to a Parcel Shop: select this option and search for a convenient Parcel Shop by entering a postcode.If you nominate someone else to pick up the parcel on your behalf, they must bring your ID as well as their own ID.

What delivery options do I have ?

You can choose between our Standard Delivery or Next Day Delivery:
Standard delivery (Free for Vomanique Club members / £3.99):
We will deliver your purchase within 2-3 days after receiving your order confirmation. We deliver Monday-Saturday, except bank holidays.

You can also use our Click & Collect service, just select Pick-up in store in the checkout.
You will receive confirmation by text message and email. Your parcel will arrive to the selected store within 2-3 days, Monday-Saturday. 
You have 7 days to collect your parcel from the date it arrives to the Vomanique store, just remember to bring your ID and your Pick-up code as we are not able to hand over your parcel without it.

Track Your Parcel

As soon as we start packing your order we will send you a shipment confirmation email with the delivery information and a link to track your order online. Please note, that it can take some days before the tracking information is uploaded.
You will also be able to track your order under ‘Orders’ when you log in at Vomanique.

Click and Collect

You can buy online from Vomanique online shop.  It's free for all club members and free if you have ordered for more than £20. If your order is below £20 the delivery fee is £3.99.
In the checkout, you simply select the Pick-up in store option. You will receive confirmation by text message and email. Your parcel will then arrive to the selected store within 2-3 days, Monday-Saturday.
You have 7 days to collect your parcel from the date it arrives to the Vomanique online store, Just remember to bring your ID and your Pick-up code as we are not able to hand over your parcel without it.  
You can identify yourself with:
Passport or driving licence
Credit/debit card
Utility Bill
Monthly statement 
If you nominate someone else to pick up the parcel on your behalf, they must bring your ID and the Pick-up code as well as their own ID. 
After 7 days, any uncollected parcels will be returned to our warehouse, and you will be notified by email. You will also receive a return confirmation when the parcel reaches our warehouse and your refund will be processed. For full info about returns and refunds please go to Returns.
Pick-up in store is available in selected stores in the UK ( London, Middlesex Street). If your area is applicable for the Click & Collect service, you can search for the closest location in the checkout by typing in your postal code.
